Post title: Installer download problem
Just to make things clear: the problem was really with the installer. I have re-downloaded it three times, but always failed to install. As I have already mentioned, simply nothing happened, besides a small black empty DOS-like window appeared for less than one second, and disappeared. Besides that - no error, no message, nothing.
Today I have re-downloaded for the fourth time and compared the file sizes with the file size provided by Kristyna, and it turned out to be that the in the formerly downloaded installers a few bites were missing. So I have successfully installed the new version today.
