Are bilingual ttx files the same as pre-translated files? [/quote]
Hello !
Bilingual files are formatted to contain 2 languages, for example English and French. You may receive an empty bilingual file where the second language is empty, or a (partially or completely) pre-translated file where the second language is (partially or completely) filled.
Hope this answers your question.
Nicolas.
