Saving the translated file in Wordfast is not the same as cleaning it. It's useful for previewing your translation before cleaning it. However, if cleaning in the PM perspective doesn't work, then something is wrong. Before trying to clean the file, have you used the Translator perspective to commit all changes to memory and save the file after doing so? Have you checked that the TM you intend using has the "read only" box unticked and that all the others have "read only ticked" and that that is the TM you select for clean up? Can you increase the amount of RAM you are using?
