Translating a bilingual file with WFP Version 3.3

Hello
after downloading the new version, I'm experiencing problems in saving the "uncleaned" bilingual file.
When I try to save it as translated file, I get this sentence: Error while saving file. There was a problem aligning document.

I've never had this error.

I pre-segmented the file with Trados Workbench 2007 (as usual) and in WFP (filter > format) I unticked Ignore bilingual style, and ticked the first two Translate hidden text and Accept track changes.

I've done a translation and now I cannot save it as bilingual uncleaned file: does anyone has any idea about what happened and if the new version doesn't allow this function anymore?
