Hi BRtrading,
I would recommend using Wordfast's free alignment tool called WF Autoaligner, available online via [url removed]
Once you create a free account and are logged in, click on the "Tools" menu, and then on the command "Align your Files" (see screenshot here: [url removed]
From there on, you should be able to follow the instructions on the screen.
