If you look at the date stamp of the files found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Wordfast\Wordfast_Aligner\plugins, it's 10-Mar-2010, which means no work has been done on the aligner for almost four years.
You'd be better off looking at another aligner, for instance the Wordfast Online Aligner included in Wordfast Anywhere and mentioned by Kristyna, or LF Aligner.
