WF4 generates corrupted target PowerPoint and Word docs files

Hello,

When I have a source .docx or .pptx file, I can translate it in the editor as usual, but when I click on “save file as translated” the saved files are corrupted and cannot be opened.
Message is :
“In the file [target file name] unreadable content was detected. Do you want to recover the content? Click yes if the source is reliable.”
Then I click on “Yes” and I get another dialog window saying:
“An error happened while acceding to [file path & file name]”

Thanks for any idea, suggestion and workaround.
