A query about dual licenses

Hi,

I have dual licenses in respect of WFP 3.4.5. I am using it one computer at this time. I want to use the second license on another computer which has Windows Vista. If I, at a later stage, intend to reformat this computer and install Windows 7, will I have to return the license before I install Windows 7? Or can I simply use it on newly installed Windows 7 computer without downloading any installation file from Wordfast?
