Wordfast PRO - Save Translated File doesn't clean

Dear all,

Sometimes when we want to use "Save Translated File" the generated file is still bilingual and not cleaned. Cleaning the document in the PM Perspective doens't work either, the file stays bilingual.

We discovered that when this happens, the function "Preview in MS Word" doesn't work either.

Does anyone know about the reason behind this and how to solve it?
We suspect it might be related to the source document, but we don't see what exactly is causing this.
