Then I think you should:

1. Open Wordfast Pro and create an empty TM with the same language pair, save the TM and remove it from TM list.
2. Open the new TM with Notepad or Notepad++ and copy the very first line (file header).
3. Delete the first line (header) of the invalid TM and replace (paste) with the new header you've just copied from the empty TM.
