Post title: Three options
1) If you are using a CAT tool, clean what you have done into a new TM and use that TM to automatically translate the new document. The exact procedure depends on which CAT tool you are using. This has the advantage of automatically finding any other changes that have been made.
2) Ask the client to swear, in writing, that the added page is the only change then copy and paste it into your existing document. Translate as normal. This won't find the other changes but they won't be your fault.
3) Ask the client to provide the extra text separately, translate it separately and let the client put the file back together themselves.
