Post title: pptx versus ppt
I updated Java but the issue didn't get resolved. I had processed another Powerpoint presentation before with Wordfast and didn't have any problems. I noticed the only difference between the two files was that one was pptx and the other ppt. I changed the new file to pptx, uploaded it and when I downloaded the translated file everything was fine.
