Hi, Dominic.
Do you think you could have a word with the powers that be about the relicensing procedure? I'm finding it rather difficult and time-consuming today and I'm under a lot of pressure....

PS: Having posted the above, Dominic got back to me within a few minutes to explain that all I had to do was reboot Word and hey presto! it's back again!
