When I open some segments with big fonts for translation, both the source and target window of WFC6 will remain at the same size and so cut the text from above and below making it unreadable. What setting must I change to make these windows adapt to the font size?

You can select a zoom factor to be used when starting a translation session, but it will remain the same during the entire session. In other words, it won't automatically change in order to accommodate smaller or larger fonts. If you need to do this during the same session, you will have to change it manually in Word.

When I open a TMX file after selecting a TM, should I "Reorganize" it immediately? It seems to me that I never get any fuzzy matches, even when I drop the setting down to 30. In the manual they say, it's recommended not going under 75, but that seems largely exagerated to me.

When you open a TMX, it is automatically converted to Wordfast's own format. An index is created at the same time, so there should be no need to reorganize the TM. However, reorganizing the TM can't do any harm, even if it's not needed.

The minimum value for the fuzzy threshold in Wordfast Classic is 50%. You can't use anything lower than that. If you fail to get fuzzy matches with a 50% fuzzy threshold, do post examples of source segments for which you don't get anything, together with source segments in your TM that should trigger a match (according to you).
