Wordfast Pro has a Find/replace facility, which is very similar to what you would find in Word:
No support for regular expressions, though, but since a TXML is a plain text file, you can use any decent text editor for that.
Once your global replacement has been made, you can commit all segments to TM (Ctrl+Alt+End).
