I've been having issues with 3.2 as well. Every time I commit a segment an error about localtm pops up, 6 times. 6 times every time I commit a segment!!

I'm working on a file that I started in 3.1.5., so I'll be doing what you did, deleting and going backwards!

What a waste of time...
