Once you've installed WordFast, it just opens itself when you click the WF icon.
Maybe you're trying to open the file to be translated? I open the WF first, then the file usually opens fine after that.
But the person who can help you best is one of the WF service reps. The last time I needed help it was Yasmin Moslem: [url removed] See if she is still available to help.
