Hi,

Can you check the size of the installer vs. the file size listed on the wf.com website?

If the clean boot doesn't work, I can try placing the installer on an FTP site for you and see if that resolves the issue.

Also, I am searching for your support ticket in our hotline system and cannot find it. Can you please email me directly with the email address you used to submit your issue?
