No. OTOH, an SDLPPX is just a zip file (change the extension to .zip and you will able to open it directly in Windows Explorer, or Finder, or whatever Linux is using).

No. OTOH, a translated SDLXLIFF would probably be sufficient to most clients who are using Studio.
