No, this applies only to people who downloaded WFC after they've logged in to the WFC web site using their WFC username and password. If I understand correctly, George still hasn't received his login details.
George, try logging into the [url= [url removed] ]WFC site[/url] using your e-mail address and "asdf" as the password, to see if your e-mail address is recognised already (ask for a password reminder). Once you've logged in, you can download WFC (it will be a customised version that is linked to your username/password). I agree that this wait is uncharacteristic.

Added: George, check your spam folder. WFC mails have ended up in my Spam folder on Gmail in the past.
