Glad I could be of help! Also note Wordfast licenses include technical support at no extra cost (unlike most of their competitors). All you need to do is log in to your personal account at wordfast.net and select the 'Contact the hotline' option. Just mentioning, since you were saying you hadn't obtain support in 4 years time.
