Melissa, when you follow the instructions, you actually receive a license file, not a license number.
Now, the license file is generated for whatever install number you enter in the on-line form. The important thing is that you need to enter your current install number in the on-line form. By "your current install number" I mean the install number shown in Help / License Management menu in Wordfast Pro on your computer (so do not re-use any install number you may have seen on your computer in the past).
When you do this, Wordfast Pro should accept the license file and lift the demo mode. Or does it fail to accept it on your end?
