Melissa, are you trying to license Wordfast Classic or Wordfast Pro?
You mentioned a license number. That would mean you are using an old Wordfast Classic version. Is it so? If it is, note that when you enter the same old install number in the on-line form, you'll get the same old license number.
If, however, you are trying to license a recent Wordfast Classic version or any version of Wordfast Pro, refer to the relevant instructions at wordfast.net/wiki/Licensing.
