Excel column selection Blank

This is the second time I've encountered this problem. (In fact, Column Selection Wizard never works on my system, which is Windows 7, Home Premium, Traditional Chinese).

Whenever I try to load an .xlsx file, the Selection Wizard brings up, but the window content is blank, only Title and the 4 buttons below can be seen.

Any advice? Thank you
